Assistant Cook
Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health is looking for a full-time Assistant Cook to join our Chef’s Team. This person will efficiently process and prepare vegetarian and natural foods for our buffet service in a manner that adheres to all safe food handling standards and regulations, helping enhance the guest experience at Kripalu.

Skills:

At least 3 years professional cooking experience including the proper preparation of vegetarian and/or natural food in large quantities within a commercial or restaurant environment.

Knowledge of Safe Food Handling regulations and processes

Knowledge of whole foods products and cooking techniques

The ability to read and interpret instructions, both oral and written

Candidates must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
